1, What is a forklift?

There are many unsafe factors during use, and once a safety accident occurs, it can easily cause serious consequences such as casualties.
2, Forklift management precautions
1. Forklift drivers must obtain valid identification documents
2. Forklifts must be inspected regularly every year and special equipment usage signs must be posted
3. Forklifts should be registered for use and display valid license plates
4. The user unit should establish safety operating procedures, requiring drivers to conduct daily trial operation inspections before use, maintain and repair according to the level of heavy use and environmental conditions, and fill out maintenance and repair records

3, Special Equipment Safety Law
1. Forklift users shall use forklifts that have been licensed for production and have passed inspection; Prohibit the use of forklifts that have been officially phased out or scrapped by the government.
2. Forklift users shall apply for usage registration with the county market supervision and administration bureau and obtain a usage registration certificate within 30 days before or after the forklift is put into use; The registration mark should be placed in a prominent position on the forklift.
3. Forklift users shall, in accordance with the requirements of safety technical specifications, submit regular inspection requirements to the special equipment inspection agency one month before the expiration of the inspection validity period; The forklift user shall place the regular inspection mark in a prominent position on the special equipment; Forklifts that have not undergone regular inspections or have failed inspections shall not continue to be used.
4. If the user unit violates the provisions of this law and commits any of the following acts, it shall be ordered to rectify within a specified time limit; Those who fail to make corrections within the prescribed time limit shall be ordered to stop using forklifts and fined not less than 10000 yuan but not more than 100000 yuan: (1) Those who use forklifts without registering their use in accordance with regulations.
5. If the user unit violates the provisions of this law and commits any of the following acts, it shall be ordered to stop using forklifts and fined not less than 30000 yuan but not more than 300000 yuan: (1) using forklifts that have not been licensed for production, have not been inspected or have failed inspection, or forklifts that have been officially eliminated or scrapped by the state.
4, Forklift operation "five musts and five prohibitions"
1. Before daily use, it is necessary to conduct a trial operation inspection according to the maintenance instructions, and it is strictly prohibited to operate with faults;
2. Non drivers must maintain a safe distance from forklifts and are strictly prohibited from carrying passengers or lifting personnel with forks or pallets;
3. When passing through intersections, turning or reversing, it is necessary to slow down and honk the horn, achieving "one slow, two looks, three passes", and strictly prohibiting high-speed and accelerated passage;
4. When the load affects the driver's line of sight, the forklift must be reversed. Overloading, single fork operation, and changing the fork transport function operation are strictly prohibited;
5. Before parking and leaving, the goods must be unloaded, the fork must land, the handbrake must be pulled, the engine must be turned off, the ignition key must be removed, and it is strictly prohibited to leave the fork suspended in the air.
5, Safety Management Regulations for Renting Forklifts
1. Inspection obligation:
The lessee and site management unit shall inspect the forklift's registration certificate, regular inspection report, operator certificate and other supporting documents before the forklift enters the construction site, and keep a record for future reference.
