2. Check whether the pipelines and joints of each component of the electric forklift are damaged or loose, and whether there is water or oil leakage. In particular, whether there is leakage in the master pump and wheel cylinder of the hydraulic system and the service brake.
3. Check the lubrication condition of the electric forklift and the engine or DC motor, and lubricate the lubrication points of the forklift, and add enough engine oil, gear oil and grease.
4. Check the tightness of the mechanical connections of the electric forklift, especially the connection bolts and locking devices of the steering system, wheels and tires, lifting mechanism, etc., whether they are tight and correct.
5. Check whether the connectors, circuits, lighting, etc. of each electrical component are intact and connected. Whether the electrical instruments, horns, and lights can work normally, whether the liquid level of the battery electrolyte meets the requirements; whether the density of the electrolyte meets the requirements. It is also necessary to regularly perform maintenance inspections on the electric forklift.
