How to improve the working efficiency of off-road forklifts

1. Regularly check the unblocking of the one-way valve
The one-way valve mainly controls the exhaust gas involved in combustion, which is beneficial to environmental protection, reduces the emission of nitrogen oxides, and can ensure sufficient power for the engine. If it is blocked,the temperature and pressure inside the vehicle body will increase, the resistance will increase, and the fuel economy will decrease. Therefore, the one-way valve should be checked regularly for cleaning and unblocking.

2. Regular inspection of the main bearing
The main bearing is equivalent to the keel of the off-road forklift. The forklift relies on the presentation of the main bearing to carry heavy objects. Ensuring the safe operation of the main bearing can reduce more than 30% of the safety hazards. The main bearing is the key point of safety precautions.

3. Keep using the gasket
There are many gaskets of different models and specifications on the off-road forklift. The gaskets between the various components of the newly purchased car are adjusted by the manufacturer. After working for a period of time, when performing maintenance, such as the oil pan or the valve cover, because of the large contact area, if the gasket is not compacted, it may cause oil leakage, and in severe cases, the clutch plate will be contaminated and slipped and burned.

4. Regularly replace oil seals.

Off-road forklifts usually work in harsh environments such as construction sites and outdoors. Factors such as large temperature differences and exposure to the sun cause the rubber to age faster, easily lose elasticity, crack, and fail the self tightening spring. At this time, the oil seal will lose its sealing effect, and qualified accessories should be replaced regularly according to standards.

What are the safety precautions for off-road forklifts

.When driving, the height of the fork bottom from the ground should be maintained at 300-400mm, and the gantry should be tilted backward.

When entering or leaving the work site or on the way, do not lift the fork too high. When driving, the forklift should not be raised too high, otherwise it will affect the stability of the forklift.

When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, a driving signal should be issued first. High-speed sharp turns are prohibited, which will cause the vehicle to lose lateral stability and roll over.

After unloading, the fork should be lowered to the normal driving position before driving.

When the forklift is driving downhill, it is strictly forbidden to stall or slide, and it is strictly forbidden to brake suddenly when driving with load, except in special circumstances.

The forklift should comply with the traffic rules in the factory and keep a certain safe distance from the vehicle in front.

When the forklift is running, the load is in a lower position that does not hinder driving, and the gantry should be tilted back appropriately; except for stacking or loading, the load shall not be increased.

The loading height shall not hinder the driver's line of sight.
