Accident hazards: May cause damage to materials, equipment, buildings, and even injury or death to personnel. Hazard warning: Through testing, it is demonstrated that the destructive power of forklifts (such as an 8-ton forklift hitting a cow bone at a speed of 5 kilometers per hour can cause it to break, and the human bone's load-bearing capacity is only 1/5 of that of a cow bone). Structure and classification: including 11 main components such as outer frame, inner frame, fork, etc; There are categories such as balance weight, forward movement, and leg insertion. 2. Pre driving inspection: Prohibited driving situations: physical fatigue, lack of concentration, taking sedatives/antihistamines, or drinking alcohol. Check the lighting (headlights, turn signals, brake lights, etc.), rearview mirrors, and horn functions of the inspection items; Tightness of shovel teeth positioning pin and door frame bolts; The appearance is free of oil leakage or dripping, and the shovel frame moves flexibly without obstruction; The steering wheel, reverse buzzer, and braking performance are normal; Before starting, it is necessary to check the surrounding personnel and obstacles, and test the brakes and steering gear. 3. Driving safety requirements: Personnel safety: Do not transport personnel (do not stand on forks or pallets), and do not extend your body outside the forklift. Operational specifications: When the goods obstruct the line of sight, it is necessary to drive backwards (except uphill); Speed and distance: Reduce speed and sound the horn at intersections and corners. When driving, the fork should be 150-200 millimeters above the ground, following the principle of "no driving within 1 meter and no lifting within 2 meters"; Goods management: Do not overload, do not exceed the height of the goods (unless fixed), place them in the center, and fix loose goods without manually supporting them; Door frame operation: The front door frame of the forklift tilts forward, and the rear door frame of the forklift tilts backward. Adjust the direction without high position during driving. Special scenario slope: no crossing or turning, with goods on the slope when loaded and forks at the foot of the slope when unloaded; Overturning prevention: Avoid turning at high speeds or on uneven roads, and do not jump off the car when tipping (grip the steering wheel tightly and lean in the opposite direction). Parking and departure: Before leaving, lower the fork, pull the handbrake, and retrieve the key; Park at the designated location, the slope needs to block the wheels. Emergency response: When the power switch fails, turn off the power and apply the brake; When the brake fails, honk the horn, pull the handbrake, rub the ground with the shovel teeth, and if necessary, touch the fixed facilities. Charging safety: Turn off the engine, prohibit open flames, ventilate the charging area, and avoid reversing the positive and negative poles. 2, Maintenance requirements include daily and regular maintenance: pre use inspection, regular addition of distilled water, preventive and troubleshooting repairs, and annual supervision and inspection. Key components maintenance of hydraulic system: hydraulic oil tank, multi way valve, hydraulic pump, etc. are checked for oil volume, leakage, and operation status on a regular basis (daily to 6 months); Key safety components: regularly replace brake hoses (1-2 years), lifting chains (2-4 years), etc; Fork inspection: No cracks, fork tip height difference not exceeding the standard, wear not exceeding 10% of the design thickness. 3, Forklift driver management driver's license classification External driver's license: Factory motor vehicle driver's license issued by provincial/municipal management departments; Internal driver's license: issued by the company (professional drivers in the logistics team must pass internal assessments); Internal temporary driver's license: Non logistics team driver, valid for 12 months.
