How to solve the abnormal operation noise of electric forklifts

1. The screws of the fasteners of the electric forklift are loose, and the body guide wheels and rollers are severely worn, with excessive gaps;
2. Excessive wear and clearance between the chain and the chain pin shaft, or excessive clearance between the upper and lower locking pins of the fork and the crossbeam of the fork frame;
3. Check if the rolling gap between the guide wheel, roller, and door frame is too large. Is the cooperation gap between the fork and the cross beam of the fork frame too large? These factors can cause abnormal noise when using electric forklifts;
4. Check whether the screws of the electric forklift tires are loose, whether the bearings are damaged, etc;
5. The gear pump of the electric forklift has malfunctioned, such as air entering the pump through the suction pipe or seal, excessive resistance in the suction pipe, and even partial blockage. The precision of the gear pump is not high. The pump and coupling have different shafts.
Repair method: Add appropriate lubricating oil to the connection. If the abnormal noise decreases, it indicates a leakage problem. Tighten the joint or replace the sealing ring directly; If there is no change, check the gear accuracy, conduct research and adjustment, and replace the gear if necessary. Finally, check the coaxiality between the pump and the coupling, paying attention to the difference between the working state and the static state, and adjust according to technical requirements.
There are many reasons for abnormal noise during the operation of electric forklifts. Forklift maintenance personnel should test and identify the cause one by one in order to fundamentally solve the problem of abnormal forklift noise.
