How to avoid or solve some minor faults during the operation of the electric stacker?
1. The left and right balance wheels of the electric stacker are not level. In daily operation, the electric stacker deviates from the center of gravity during load bearing, which directly leads to uneven force. If the customer's electric stacker has such a minor fault, you can open the rear cover, unscrew the screws on the left and right balance wheels respectively, put some gaskets on the lower balance wheel axle column, or reduce the gaskets on the higher balance wheel appropriately to achieve left and right balance.
2. Circuit failure of the electric stacker. The main structure of the electric stacker includes: battery, motor, hydraulic pump, cylinder, piston rod, fork, chain, controller and other devices. If there is a problem with the circuit, the electric stacker cannot work properly, so the circuit maintenance of the electric stacker is also very necessary. The main issues that should be paid attention to are: do not use the stacker with undervoltage; do not use the stacker while charging; if it is not used for a period of time, it is necessary to charge the stacker frequently to keep the battery power sufficient; rainproof; if the power is unstable in the place of use, it is necessary to add voltage stabilizing facilities; do not overload, etc.
3. The electric stacker has oil leakage. The main reason for this failure is that the connection between the oil pipe and the oil cylinder or pump station is not sealed tightly. If the customer's electric stacker has this kind of failure during use, you can use a wrench to tighten the nut at the connection for a few more turns. If it is confirmed that the nut has been tightened, but there is still oil leakage, you need to remove the nut. (When removing the nut, you need to lower the fork to the lowest level first, so that all the hydraulic oil in the oil circuit returns to the oil cylinder of the pump station to avoid large leakage.) Replace its gasket or explosion-proof valve with the correct model or a new one, and tighten it again. Generally, this phenomenon can be solved.
Precautions for driving operation
1. Prepare in advance, release the winter lubricating grease from the engine, drive axle, transmission, steering gear, etc., and add summer lubricating grease as required after cleaning.
2. Clean the waterway, remove the scale of the cooling system, and dredge the heat sink of the radiator. Check the tightness of the fan drive belt frequently.
3. Adjust the generator regulator appropriately to reduce the charging current of the generator.
4. Pay attention to prevent the engine from overheating during operation, and pay attention to the indication reading of the coolant temperature gauge at any time. If the coolant temperature is too high, take cooling measures. Keep the amount of coolant, and pay attention to prevent the coolant from boiling and causing burns when adding.
5. Check the temperature and air pressure of the tire frequently. If necessary, stop in a cool place and continue to work after the tire temperature drops. Do not use the method of deflating or pouring cold water to reduce pressure and temperature, so as not to reduce the service life of the tire.
6. Check the braking performance frequently to prevent brake failure caused by aging, expansion and deformation of the leather cup of the master brake cylinder or slave brake cylinder and vaporization of brake fluid.
7. Adjust the density of the battery electrolyte and clear the vents on the battery cover to keep the electrolyte 10-15mm above the partition. Add distilled water as needed.
8. Ensure adequate sleep and stay energetic before operation. If you feel tired, drowsy, or slow to react during operation, you should stop the car and rest immediately, or wipe your face with cold water to cheer yourself up to ensure driving and operation safety.
9. Finally, check and confirm that all parts are in good condition before putting it into normal use.
