1, Cargo obstructing driver's line of sight operation:
Case 1
Forklift cargo blocked the driver's line of sight and failed to detect personnel ahead, resulting in a crushing accident.
Case 2
During the forklift's operation, the line of sight was obstructed by the cargo, resulting in a collision with the person in front.
2, Workers use their bodies as weights
Case 3
To maintain the balance of the forklift when lifting heavy goods, the employee used their weight as a counterweight, which almost caused personal injury.
Case 4
After an employee lost balance by using their weight as a counterweight, other employees came to help but were overwhelmed by a forklift.
3, Goods are too wide or unstable
Case 5
The width of the forklift cargo exceeded the allowable width of the route and was hung on the roadside shelf, almost causing an accident.
4, Overspeed driving
Case 6
The forklift was speeding and overturned during the turning process.
Case 7
The forklift was speeding and overturned, and the driver did not fasten their seat belt, resulting in jumping and being crushed.
5, Forklift driver driving illegally
Case 8
The forklift driver did not notice the pedestrian, and the pedestrian also did not notice the forklift.
Case 9
The forklift did not observe the situation behind it while reversing and collided with a pedestrian behind it.
6, Forklift illegally transporting personnel
Case 10
Forklift personnel violated regulations by lifting, forklift drivers did not fasten their seat belts, and when the forklift overturned, the personnel on board fell and the driver was crushed.
Case 11
When a forklift is transporting goods, workers stand on the goods, and when the goods are overturned, personnel also fall down at the same time.
7, Forklift driver not wearing seat belt
Case 12
The forklift driver did not fasten his seat belt and fell off the vehicle and was crushed when he overturned.
8, Forklift beheading
Case 13
Forklift beheaded and died on the spot!
Case 14
The fork suddenly lifted and pedestrians did not pay attention, causing an accident!
The "Five Musts", "Eight Checks Every Day", and "Ten Prohibitions" for forklift operation
Five must:
1. When other personnel at the work site fail to maintain a safe distance from the forklift, they must immediately stop working;
2. Driving at intersections must slow down, honk, and undergo KY confirmation;
3. When the forklift stops working and gets off the vehicle, it must turn off the engine, remove the key, and pull the handbrake;
4. Before starting work every day, it is necessary to carefully check according to the inspection content before starting work;
5. During forklift operation, if any abnormalities are found, the principle of "stop calling" must be followed.
Check eight times a day:
1. Check the cooling water and engine oil;
2. Check the handbrake and foot brake;
3. Check the headlights;
4. Check the turn signal lights;
5. Check the reversing lights;
6. Check the reverse buzzer and hazard warning lights;
7. Check the fan window;
8. Check the appearance.
Ten prohibitions:
1. Do not drive while lifting or lowering the forks;
2. Do not use inertia for unloading;
3. Do not use a single fork for operation;
4. Overloading operations are not allowed;
5. Do not use braking inertia to slide circular or easily rolling goods;
6. Do not use forks to directly shovel and transport flammable and explosive materials;
7. No one is allowed to stand or work on the forks or pallets. After lifting the goods, it is strictly prohibited to stand under the forks;
8. Do not lift the goods above 30CM for long-distance driving;
9. It is not allowed to unload goods by using forks to pick, top, or collide with pallets;
10. Do not exceed the speed limit. The speed limit for carrying goods in the warehouse is 5KM/h;
Three points for homework personnel to pay attention to
1. Stay away from forklift operation areas (including centralized material rack placement areas), specifically:
(1) Don't take shortcuts, just cross the forklift operation area directly;
(2) Don't rest in the gaps between the shelf placement areas due to fatigue;
(3) When cooperating with suppliers for component confirmation and inspection, do not use convenience to operate in the forklift area.
2. When walking in the warehouse, be aware of the dangers of forklifts, specifically:
(1) When passing through intersections or crossing forklift passages, make sure to point and confirm;
(2) When walking in the warehouse, do not make phone calls or do anything that affects your attention while walking;
3. Forklift drivers, please note:
(1) Before the high-speed train, ensure that there are no personnel in the front, back, left, right, especially when there are obstacles around the vehicle;
(2) When driving, do not exceed the speed limit, slow down when turning, and perform point pointing confirmation;
(3) When there are defects in shelves, shelves, or unstable placement, it is strictly prohibited to use them;
(4) When unloading, ensure that the unloaded material rack is placed firmly and not tilted.
