1. Check whether the injection interval of explosion-proof diesel forklift is consistent. When checking whether the injection interval is consistent, it is necessary to stick a dial made of paper on the crankshaft drive pulley, and use the fixing bolts at the front end of the oil pan to fix a pointer. When checking, take one cylinder as the reference, that is, when the oil level in the oil pipe joint of the first cylinder of the injection pump just moves, point the pointer at the front end of the oil pan to the "0" scale on the dial, and then use this as a reference, slowly turn the crankshaft, and then observe the oil level in each oil pipe joint of the injection pump in the working order of the engine. When it just moves, check whether the scale on the dial pointed by the pointer is consistent with the scale pointed last time, which should be 720/i (i is the number of cylinders).
2. Check whether the high and low speed spring force of the explosion-proof diesel forklift has decreased. The characteristics of the decrease in high and low speed spring force are: when starting, it feels very light to step on the accelerator pedal, and it is often necessary to step on it to start. After starting and preheating, check whether the maximum engine speed and idle speed meet the regulations, and further determine whether the high and low speed spring forces have decreased. The idle speed is about 500-600r/min.
3. Check whether the injection start time of the explosion-proof diesel forklift meets the regulations. During the inspection, remove the high-pressure oil pipe of one cylinder from the injection pump, exhaust the air in the injection pump, and fill the oil channel with diesel. Step on the accelerator pedal and slowly turn the crankshaft until the oil level in the oil pipe joint of the first cylinder of the injection pump just moves, and observe whether the mark on the flywheel housing and the fuel supply timing mark on the flywheel are aligned.
